My roomie and I live on the second floor of an apartment. For two girls who enjoy having the windows open, we felt it was a little safer. The one thing we never thought about was what we would do during a tornado.

   During last weeks storms when we were ready to sit down and watch The Voice the wonderful emergency alert popped up on the TV and ruined our night. The meteorologist (who shall remain nameless) advised us to go to the basement until further notice. I laughed, Bestest Buddy was concerned for our safety. Sooo.... where do we go? The hallway! Seemed like a logical place. We grabbed our computers to Google where we really should be, cranked up in the TV and laughed at one more experience we can add to our "Roomie" List.
